2.2 Because these are one-of-a-kind creations tailored to an individual, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
2.3 Minor variations in fabric color, texture, and hand-applied embellishments are inherent to the couture process and shall not be deemed as defects.
3. MEASUREMENTS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
3.1 For custom-made pieces, the client is responsible for providing accurate measurements.
3.2 Haydi Couture is not responsible for fit issues caused by:

3.3 Any necessary alterations due to the reasons above will incur additional charges and shipping fees.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
4.1 All prices are subject to change without notice.
4.2 For bespoke orders, a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin production, with the balance due before shipping.
4.3 Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the client.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5.1 We offer international shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
5.2 Haydi Couture is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or international postal services.
5.3 Risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We recommend choosing insured shipping for high-value couture pieces.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All designs, sketches, patterns, photographs, and digital content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Haydi Couture.
6.2 Clients and visitors may not reproduce, copy, resell, or distribute any designs or images without express written authorization. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
