SHIPPING & CUSTOMS POLICY – HAYDI COUTURE

At Haydi Couture, we take pride in delivering our artisanal creations to clients worldwide. Because each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, please review our shipping procedures carefully.

1. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME

1.1 Most of our garments are made-to-order or bespoke. This means production begins only after your order is confirmed and measurements are verified.

1.3 Once production is complete, your order will undergo a final quality control check before being prepared for shipment.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

2.1 We offer worldwide shipping via premium couriers (typically DHL Express or FedEx) to ensure your garment arrives safely and promptly.

2.2 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

2.3 Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Europe: 2–5 business days

  • United States & Middle East: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 5–10 business days

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

3.1 For all international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

3.2 Haydi Couture is not responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by your local government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the client.

3.3 We cannot predict what these fees will be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

3.4 If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, the client remains responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping fees, and any duties incurred. These costs will be deducted from any potential credit.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

4.1 Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the garment and the delivery destination.

4.2 All shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. DELIVERY & SECURITY

5.1 To ensure the security of your couture piece, a signature is required for all deliveries.

5.2 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5.3 Haydi Couture is not liable for any delays caused by the destination's customs clearance processes or issues arising from the courier service.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSING

6.1 It is the client’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

6.2 If a package is returned to our atelier due to an incorrect address provided by the client, the client will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.
