Due to the exclusive and personalized nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final.
1. RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the client. As an exception, return requests may be considered strictly within 24 hours of delivery, provided the following conditions are fully met:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its impeccable original condition.

All original security tags, packaging, and accompanying elements must remain intact and attached.

The return request must be submitted via email within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will be automatically declined.
2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you are required to notify us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
To process a claim for a defect or damage, you must provide:

Order Number and contact details.

Clear images or video evidence that accurately demonstrate the issue.

Photos of the packaging as it arrived.
All claims are subject to a careful review by our quality control team. If a claim is validated, Haydi Couture will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or—in exceptional cases—a refund.
3. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not offer exchanges for different styles or colors once an order has been placed and production has begun.
4. RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS

If a return is authorized, the client is responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as DHL or FedEx) and purchasing shipping insurance. Haydi Couture is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Custom-made or Bespoke Gowns.

Items modified at the client’s request (e.g., changes to neckline, sleeves, or length).

Sale, Sample Sale, or Promotional items.

Items with removed security tags or signs of wear (perfume, makeup stains, etc.).
6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders enter our production queue almost immediately. You may request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order. After this window, production costs have been incurred, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
